Privacy

Privacy, plainly.

Lonestar Made collects only what is needed to respond to a project request, run the site, and understand whether the site is working.

What the form collects

The lead form can collect your name, email, organization, website, selected service, nonprofit status, subject, message, IP address, user agent, and submission time.

How long leads are kept

Lead records are retained for twelve months, then removed unless the lead becomes an active client relationship or a legal requirement says otherwise.

Email and booking

Form submissions are stored before any email notification is attempted. If email fails, the lead is still saved. Cal.com may load inside a frame when the booking URL is configured.

Analytics

With your permission, Lonestar Made uses Google Analytics to understand site visits and interactions such as page views, scrolls, and outbound link clicks. The Google Analytics tag does not load and its cookies are not set unless you choose Allow analytics. A first-party preference cookie remembers that choice but does not measure your visit. Google Analytics can receive page, referrer, browser, device, and approximate location information. Names, email addresses, project messages, and other lead-form fields are not sent to Google Analytics. You can change your decision at any time with the Analytics choices button shown on the site.
