Lonestar Made collects information needed to respond to a project request and understand whether the site is useful.

Contact form

The form can collect your name, email address, business name, selected service, website address, message, IP address, browser information, and submission time. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and protect the form from abuse.

Storage and email

We store inquiries in our customer records and use email to reply. Vercel hosts this site, Upstash stores form messages, and Resend sends email notifications. We keep your information only as long as needed to handle the inquiry, maintain a client relationship, or meet a legal obligation.

Booking a call

Cal.com handles calendar bookings. When you open the calendar, Cal.com receives your browser information. When you book, your name, email, answers and chosen time are shared with Cal.com and Lonestar Made to arrange the meeting and update our customer records.

Analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics receives page, referrer, browser, device, and approximate location information. The analytics tag and its cookies remain off until you choose Allow analytics. Contact-form fields are not sent to Google Analytics. We count clicks on contact and booking links and successful form submissions. With your permission, we also remember the visit’s source in this tab and attach it to your inquiry, so we can see which links bring customers.
