What’s included
Here’s what you get.
For businesses with a website already in place. You send requests by email, and we confirm the changes and timing in writing.
- Up to one hour of small text and photo updates each month.
- Changes to things like prices, hours, contact details and service descriptions.
- A monthly check for broken links and obvious problems on your main pages.
- Help by message, so you do not have to set aside time for a meeting.
Costs, limits & cancellation
Calls are not included. If you need a longer conversation, a 30-minute help session is $100 extra. Unused edit time does not roll over. New pages, redesigns, coding changes, hosting, backups and emergency support are separate. We quote any extra work first. Cancel before the next month starts; work already agreed and started is billed as quoted.

How do I ask for a change?
Email the words or photos you want to change. You can send requests as they come up. We keep track of the one-hour monthly allowance and tell you before a request would go over it.
Does the extra $100 buy more editing time?
It buys a separate 30-minute help session to talk through a problem or plan. Extra website work is quoted separately before it starts.
Can I use the free call every month?
The free 15-minute call is an introduction for new customers. Ongoing calls are not part of this plan. The $400 marketing plan includes a monthly meeting.
